Greyhound Diets

                                                   MEAL CHOICES

1. 1 large cup of Kibble "depends on weigh and size of greyhound. "

2. 250 grams to 350 grams of Roo & Beef mix or Roo or Beef on it's own.

    ( If using roo meat on its own add about 4 ozs of fat as it is very lean.)

3. 3/4 to 1 cup of juice  off cooked meat, (don't put on hot) or any liquid.

4. 1 tabspoon of oil " olive oil" for coat.

5. Don't put hot juice on meal as it kills the protein.

                                                   SECOND MEAL CHOICE

1. 6 to 8 chicken or turkey necks   :  Raw.

2. 1 cup of Pasta cooked OR 250 grams to 350 grams of Kibble OR 4 slice  of  

     wholemeal bread OR 1 cup brown/white rice.         

3. 1 tablespoon of oil.

4. 1 leaf of lettuce shredded on meal to help "bile."

5. Just variate with the different choices.

6. 3 slices of beetroot for "Iron."

                                                  BREKKY MEAL CHOICES

1. 3 to 4 Weetbix with 1/2 milk and 1/2 of water.

2. 1/2 to 1 cup of Kibble with 1/2 of milk and 1/2 cup of water.

3. 2 x 4B2 dog bisciuts dry or with 1cup of milk till just soft.

4. Depends on weight and size of dog.

                                            ...............................................

Note : 1 brisket bone once a week, (for teeth)

                                  Please do not, under any circumstances

1.  Feed chicken frames or wings, or any cooked bones from chicken, lamb or beef as they can splinter and cause serious problems. eg: blocked bowels

2. No Peas, Cabbage, Chocolate,  Onions  or Seafood, except 

     boneless fish fillets.
